Our philosophy

Each therapy is different because each client is unique and evolves at his/her own rhythm and has different needs.

The methodology used is CBT, a collaborative approach centred on the ‛here and now’ which aims at:

  • objectively diminishing the person’s difficulty and help her to build her well-being
  • reinforcing and developing her own resources and autonomy setting up sustainable changes in respect with the person’s own rhythm and wishes.
  • In this approach, the client and therapist form a collaborative team aiming at developing new ways of being, feeling and acting, in order to cope with difficulties and bloom.
